Our Policies

Cancellation Policy
All students are scheduled and billed on a monthly basis unless other arrangements have been made through the office. Your scheduled time is held especially for you.

If you cancel or miss a lesson, we do not deduct that lesson from your monthly payment without a prior two weeks notice of cancellation. We will accept a two-week notice for upcoming cancellations or leave of absence (for up to one month) without charge and will make adjustments to the schedule. A make-up lesson can be scheduled for you with a prior 24-hour notice of cancellation. If you need to miss a lesson due to illness or an emergency, please call our office to schedule a make-up lesson. If you do have to cancel a lesson for any reason, we appreciate a courtesy call to the office to let us know you will not be there for your scheduled time.

• In the event that your lesson is cancelled by your instructor, and you are unable to schedule a make-up lesson, we will credit your next monthly bill.
• We will be closed on major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.

Make-Up Lessons
We will gladly schedule a make-up lesson if there is time available, with a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Only one make-up lesson per month will be permitted. We will not schedule a make-up lesson for No Shows (without notice). Please make every effort to come to your scheduled lessons. Your instructor has to schedule extra time out of his/her schedule as a courtesy to you.

Payments
All students are billed by the month for the number of lessons within that given month.

Payments are due by the first of each month. A $10 late fee will be applied for all payments received after the 5th, unless prior arrangements have been made through the office. Your lesson times and dates are on your monthly statement. Please review these dates each month to avoid confusion.

We would rather you did not bring your payment in to the instructor, unless it has been pre-arranged through the office. Please mail your payments to our PO Box address listed at the top of your statement.

Notice to Quit Lessons
We require a two-week notice to cancel your lessons permanently.

You will be charged for any time that is less than the two weeks required notice.

No exceptions.
